As the past review, I was pretty excited to see SMB have an app as well! It keeps telling me my account isn't even active! I access my acct on safari everyday without any problems...and will continue to do so. I do not recommend! FAIL!

Pretty terrible

I was excited to finally see an SMB iPhone app. Unfortunately, this attempt is a complete failure. I think an iPhone app should make things easier.
I have been accessing my net teller account through Safari for a couple years now and the only real problem I had was the small size of the login ID and password field. No big deal though.

The HUGE problems with the app are:
1. Only 4 transactions per 'page'--ridiculous

2. Only gives you the date and dollar amount for each transaction unless...

3. You have to click on the transaction to see any kind if detail about it such as where or who it was paid to or from.

Terrible attempt at an app.
Just access your account through Safari.

Truly, WOW!

If this is the maximum capability Jack Henry employees possess, I'll make sure not to apply for a job after I receive my CIS degree. I guess you need a BAS degree to develop such "apps" as this one. Gotta love the 21st-century, folks.
